1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering, accessing or using the services provided by 1337x through the website 1337x.best or the associated mobile application, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the 1337x platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age and above. Users who are below the stipulated age limit are strictly prohibited from using any of our services.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1337x platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. 1337x reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. False or misleading information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 1337x platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or the rules of this platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, attack or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Using automation software, bots or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
- Posting offensive, defamatory or rights-infringing content through the platform.
- Registering an account using another person's information without their consent.
1337x reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of these rules without prior notice and without any obligation to refund any account balance associated with such violation.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 1337x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and other digital payment options available to Malaysian users.
Successful deposits are credited to your gaming account and are immediately available for use within the platform. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures, and processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.
1337x reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or violating platform terms while an investigation is conducted. Users will be notified via email or their registered communication channel if their transaction requires additional verification.
Any taxes, charges or fees related to transactions arising under Malaysian law are the sole responsibility of the user. 1337x is not liable for any personal tax obligations of its users.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 1337x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Policies and Applicable Law
1337x reserves the right to amend, update or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the official website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
Regarding account policies, 1337x reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account for the following reasons: terms violations, suspected fraud, prolonged inactivity beyond the specified period, or at the request of a competent authority. Users whose accounts are terminated for valid reasons may not be entitled to any refund.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 1337x platform will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
